Corn Dogs
I’ve wanted to make CornDogs for ages as I had one in American and they were really delicious. I tried to create them, I kind of succeeded - but the recipe we found wasn’t amazing, so we had to adapt.

- 100g Polenta
- 100g Plain flour
- 200ml Milk
- 1 Egg Yolk
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 10 Herta sausages

I’d make less mixture and make it even thicker… and EVEN MORE SAUSAGES!
